Bridget hooked us up with the perfect place for our honeymoon. She worked with our budget and recommended a variety of places, and Couples Negril was our final choice. It was so nice that she took care of the booking so we didn’t have to worry about it. We handled the flights since we had Southwest points to use. I contacted Bridget after having contacted 2 other agents and they never called or emailed me back; so I decided to contact Bridget and boy am I glad that I did! It was a Sunday and I really didn’t expect to hear back from her as I know Sunday is usually family day. Well to my surprise she contacted me immediately. I told her what I was looking for and she made it happen! Not only that she answered every single question I had. What can I say about Mrs. Bridget? She is the calm before, during and after your vacation. Whether it's arriving a day later than expected, she will notify the resort and reschedule for you. She will give you ideas on activities during your stay that are reasonable and fun. She can do these things because she has actually been to these places. She's not going to tell you it's good when it's not. She doesn't mind answering questions you may have. Can't wait to book with her again soon.

We booked with Bridget Thompson, May of 2023. When we got to the airport our flight had been canceled. We booked the flight ourselves separately . Bridget didn't have to help us but she did. She called ahead and let Mobay Club and the resort know we wouldn't be arriving until the following day. After the night we had in Lauderdale, we wanted a nonstressful experience at the resort and got just that. An experience of a lifetime. We booked again for Thanksgiving but that didn't happen due to my husband being involved in an accident. She canceled everything for us without any problem. She answers emails as quickly as possible and has experience with these resorts because she has actually been and knows the ins and outs. When we do decide to book again it will be with Bridget Thompson.

Bridget was so helpful. I literally did nothing once I found the trip she took care of everything from room/flight to transfers. We had to push out the trip due to an injury with my son and she help the whole way and done the work for me.

Bridget was incredibly helpful with all the questions I had. There were a lot since it was our first time leaving the country with our toddler. She made everything easy and was very helpful when some things came up, like not being able to check in. It was nice knowing she was there to help, and was always so kind. It was also great during researching where we wanted to go, as she had many suggestions that were exactly tailored to what we were looking for. We will definitely enlist her help in the future.

It was super easy working with Bridget. She was quick to answer all my questions, even at 5:30 in the morning. We had never traveled to Jamaica before but with her experience she gave us may recommendations for places to stay and excursions to do. Bridget is amazing! I previously worked with 2 travel agents that didn't communicate or listen to what we wanted to/see. I explained my situation to Bridget and she IMMEDIATELY turned the tables around. The only thing I told her was I wanted a honeymoon to Mexico or Jamaica with a private pool on the balcony. She gave me more in 2 days that what previous travel agents had given me in months. She communicates everything, every step of the way. No matter when you have questions, she answers them. You can tell she takes pride in her work!
