This is my first time using a travel agent for travel. I found Bridget via Facebook and am glad I did. She was open, honest and accommodating through the entire process. I appreciated her expertise, especially after our original plans had us headed to Jamaica. We were heartbroken that the hurricane hit when it did but were able to quickly pivot and had an amazing trip to playa del Carmen Mexico. One of our biggest needs for our family was a two-bedroom and that was met with a two-bedroom two-bath plus a full kitchen at The Fives Resort. It was perfect!
Bridget was super helpful from day one, although we have been to Jamaica several times, she still had great knowledge we needed. International travel can be scary but with the right agent you will have all the tools you will need for a successful and fantastic trip. After the hurricane hit Jamaica, our original hotel (Secrets) closed for the duration of our already booked trip. I was in a panic, but today I am still thankful I was using a travel agent to make the switch for us. She searched high and low to provide new quotes, locations, and accommodate us with not only a comparable hotel but also still in Montego Bay (so no flight changes). Bridget also hooked us up with a transfer company whom she has used in the past and they were amazing as well. You will not regret using Bridget, hit her up for all the things for your trip – and visit JAMAICA – Ya Mon!
This is my third vacation with Bridget and she executed flawlessly. We had to change our destination within 60 days of our trip due to weather and Bridget was very accommodating. I look forward to the next vacation.
