Bridget is amazing! I previously worked with 2 travel agents that didn’t communicate or listen to what we wanted to/see. I explained my situation to Bridget and she IMMEDIATELY turned the tables around. The only thing I told her was I wanted a honeymoon to Mexico or Jamaica with a private pool on the balcony. She gave me more in 2 days that what previous travel agents had given me in months. She communicates everything, every step of the way. No matter when you have questions, she answers them. I contacted Bridget after having contacted 2 other agents and they never called or emailed me back; so I decided to contact Bridget and boy am I glad that I did! Bridget found us a great deal for our family getaway to Punta Cana. She was accommodating, and always quick to respond to our questions. Before finalizing our trip she took the time to jump on a call with my husband to formally introduce herself and review all of the final details of our trip and what to expect. She was away on a trip herself while we were in Punta Cana and took the time to send us a message to see how our trip was going. She was great and we will definitely be using her again!
