A polished family stay with our first swim-up room
Why This Trip Matters:
This trip gave us the chance to experience our first family swim-up room, which added a whole new level of fun and convenience to our stay.

My Experience:
The swim-up room was definitely a highlight—especially traveling as a family. Being able to step right into the pool made everything feel more relaxed and enjoyable.
Overall, the resort felt clean, well-run, and consistent. While it offered a great experience, some areas did feel a bit dated compared to newer properties.
Resort Update:
The resort has since closed following hurricane damage and is expected to reopen with updates and a refreshed, more modern feel.

This experience helps me guide clients on both room upgrades and resort expectations. A swim-up room can absolutely elevate your stay—and knowing which resorts are newly updated (or being renovated) is key when choosing the right fit.
