First Family Trip to Mexico July 2018
Discovering the quieter side of Mexico
Why This Trip Matters:
This trip introduced me to a completely different side of Mexico—much quieter and more laid-back than Cancun.
What Made It Special:
- A more secluded, peaceful atmosphere
- Incredible snorkeling and marine life
- Lush, jungle-style resort setting
My Experience:
Cozumel felt less commercial and more relaxed. It’s the kind of destination where you truly unwind, especially if you enjoy nature and the ocean.
Why It Matters for My Clients:
This helps me guide clients who don’t want a busy, high-energy destination. Not everyone wants Cancun—and Cozumel can be a perfect alternative.
Best time to visit
December–April for the best weather ☀️ May–June for fewer crowds 🌴 Late summer/early fall is warmer with a higher chance of storms
